What is the Brilliant Frame?

The Brilliant Frame is a new and revolutionary framing product. Traditional framing solutions incorporate an inconsistent method to attach the frame to the wall - either a fixed hook on the back of the frame or a wire for attaching to nails on the wall. In the old fashioned frame, glass is commonly used for the front (viewing area), which can easily break, causing frustration to the consumer or even a safety hazard, and is costly to ship. Furthermore, it is necessary to remove the frame from the wall to change out the picture or document. Additionally, competing frames cannot be interconnected, so multiple frames are difficult to get level or to look uniform and attractive if placed side by side, and if you want the exact same frame in the future, it is usually not available.

What is the Image Holder?

The removable Image Holder is manufactured out of highly versatile clear polycarbonate that has the clarity of glass, but has properties that make it superior to glass in many ways. Polycarbonate is used to make various products, such as shower doors, bath enclosures, windows and skylights. It is chosen over glass for many reasons. It is many times stronger than glass, making it much more impact resistant and therefore safer. Another great advantage of material is that it is only half as heavy as glass. Additionally, the image holder has ultra-violet (UV) protection. Frosted edges on the Image Holder compensate for pictures that are not perfectly cut on all sides.

How many photos will my Brilliant Frame Hold?

All Brilliant Frame Image Holders can store up to 20 photos.

What is "Front Loading"?

Traditional frames require you to remove the frame from the wall to change out the image – time consuming. Brilliant Frame has the patented Front Loading Image Holder – so, you keep the frame on the wall, and just remove the Image Holder to change out the image – no re-hanging and re-leveling the frame on the wall.

Can I use nails instead?

Absolutely! – Pre-positioned nail holes are designed to make positioning and hanging your Brilliant Frame easy and fast. Simply remove the Image Holder, position the frame and install. Your frame is exactly positioned as your intended.

All components of the Brilliant Frame are made in the United States.

How do I clean my Brilliant Frame

A damp cotton cloth is all you need to clean your Brilliant Frame and Image Holder. If you purchased one of our multi-frame packages, you received a Brilliant Frame Wonder Cloth. This cloth is specifically designed to clean your Image Holder for years. Simply dampen one half of the cloth with tap water, and clean your Image Holder. Use the dry half to dry the Image Holder, and your set. For additional Brilliant Frame Wonder Clothes, simply visit www.brilliantframecustomerservice.com to order more. The Brilliant Frame Wonder Cloth can be washed – without detergent, and used over and over again.

What are the different colored Velcro Round Oval Tabs for?

With each Brilliant Frame comes three different Velcro Oval Tabs – each has a unique adhesive property that allows you to display your Brilliant Frame virtually anywhere:

• White Velcro Oval Tab – This is perfect for SMOOTH surfaces, such as glass, aluminum doors (refrigerators) – Formica-faced kitchen cabinets, etc. The White Tab can be used on Walls, as long as the surface is smooth. Make sure to press the four corners of your Brilliant Frame for 30 seconds, as this allows the Velcro to adhere completely.
• Blue Velcro Oval Tab – This tab is designed for textured walls, paneling, RV interiors – anywhere the White Oval Tab adhesion is not enough. Remember – when removing this tab slowly remove from the surface to prevent damage.
• Red Velcro Oval Tab – This tab is designed for extremely rough surfaces, such as Brick, Concrete or Masonry Walls. Please remember that the Red Velcro Tab has an extremely aggressive adhesive on the back.
• It is not recommended that the Velcro Oval Tabs be used on Wallpaper.
